Tradespal uses a small number of cookies, described in the table below. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any cookies that share your data with third-party advertisers.

3. Your consent choices
UK & EU users (opt-in required)
Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the EU ePrivacy Directive, we require your consent before setting non-essential cookies (Functional and Analytics categories) if you are in the UK or EU. Our cookie consent banner will appear on your first visit. You can:
- Accept all: enables all cookies including Crisp live chat.
- Accept necessary only: only the “Strictly necessary” authentication cookie is set; Crisp will not load.
- Change your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie preferences” in the site footer.
California users (CCPA notice)
We do not sell personal information collected via cookies. The cookies we use are strictly for service operation and user support. No opt-out is required, but you may disable non-essential cookies via the banner or your browser settings.
All other users
Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically as they are required for the service to function. You may control functional cookies via the banner displayed on your first visit.
