How do I create my first quote?
Go to Quotes → New Quote. Add your customer, line items, and any photos or notes. Send it directly from the app via email or a shareable link.
How does payment work?
Tradespal uses Stripe to process payments. When you send an invoice, your customer receives a secure payment link. Funds land in your Stripe account and are paid out to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule.
Can I use Tradespal on my phone?
Yes. Download the Tradespal app on iOS or Android. Your data syncs instantly between the app and the web dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click Cancel plan. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I add team members?
Yes, on the Pro plan you can invite team members from Settings → Team. Each member gets their own login and access to your shared workspace.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase with continuous backups. We also retain point-in-time recovery so your data is safe.
How do I export my data?
Email support@tradespal.co and we will send you a full export of your account data within 5 business days.
What currencies are supported?
Tradespal supports GBP, USD, and CAD. The correct currency is auto-detected based on your location, and you can change it in Settings.
